Lansing and East Lansing are the middle of it. The operator's territory runs across Ingham, Eaton and Clinton counties, so the towns below are inside it, and the form asks for your ZIP so a borderline address gets a yes or no on the callback.
Ingham County
Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Haslett, Holt, Mason, Williamston.
Eaton County
Delta Township, Grand Ledge, Charlotte, Dimondale, Eaton Rapids.
Clinton County
DeWitt, St. Johns.
Town names here are the ordinary postal names. A township address a few miles outside any of them is normal for this area and is not a problem; say the ZIP.
Farm lanes and long drives
A carcass at the far end of a field off M-43 or a long lane near Eaton Rapids is a routine job here. What matters is whether a truck can get near it in the season you are calling. Say so and it is priced right the first time.
